A client relationship begins only when Saramis Global and the client sign an engagement agreement setting out scope, fees, and terms.

The audit support boundary

Where Saramis Global provides audit support, that support runs through to the signing of the audit report. It covers planning, working papers, lead schedules, testing, and completion procedures, built inside the client's own methodology.

Saramis Global does not sign audit reports, does not issue audit opinions, and does not act as the appointed auditor of any client. The client's own appointed auditor signs the report and carries that responsibility. See Audit Support for how that boundary applies across an engagement.
